Refund Policy
Last Updated: July 16, 2025
At Tyco Roofing, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which Tyco Roofing may provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of Tyco Roofing in circumstances resulting in such a claim.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit is typically required before work commences. This deposit is used to secure materials and schedule labor. Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in specific circumstances outlined in your signed contract. Final payment is due upon completion of the work as specified in the agreement.
Workmanship Warranty
We provide a comprehensive warranty on our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and, if the issue is due to our workmanship, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost. Refunds for completed work are not typically offered; instead, we commit to resolving any issues to meet the agreed-upon standards.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your project after signing the contract, please refer to the cancellation clause in your agreement. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on how far into the project we are and what costs have already been incurred.
